The sample is a malicious OOXML document containing a VBA macro. The `document_open` macro calls `main.karoline`, which in turn calls `ThisDocument.keywords` to retrieve a value and then saves the document with that value as the filename. Subsequently, it calls the `s` function, which uses `CreateObject("wscript.shell")` to execute a command. The `s` function constructs the command by concatenating strings to form 'exploite exploit e '. This indicates the macro is designed to download and execute a second-stage payload. The ClamAV detection name 'Doc.Downloader.IcedID' strongly suggests the IcedID family.
