The sample is an Excel 4.0 macro-enabled spreadsheet that uses a DocuSign lure to prompt the user to enable macros. Upon enabling, the Auto_Open macro executes, which appears to be designed to download and execute a second-stage payload from one of the embedded URLs. The presence of the Auto_Open macro and the explicit lure strongly indicate a malicious intent.
