The sample contains VBA macros that execute upon opening the document. The `document_open` subroutine calls `main.karoline`, which in turn calls `ThisDocument.keywords` to retrieve a value that is then used as a filename for saving the document. Subsequently, it calls `ThisDocument.s` with this filename. The `s` function uses `wscript.shell` to execute `c:\windows\explorer ` followed by the retrieved filename, indicating a download and execution of a second-stage payload. The ClamAV detection name 'Doc.Downloader.IcedID' strongly suggests the IcedID family.
