The sample is a malicious OOXML document containing VBA macros. The Document_Open macro triggers the execution of the 'main.karoline' subroutine. This subroutine reconstructs a filename using the reversed value of the 'keywords' built-in document property and then saves the document with this new name. Subsequently, it calls the 's' function, which uses WScript.Shell to execute 'c:\windows\explorer ' followed by the reconstructed filename. This indicates the macro is designed to download and execute a second-stage payload. The ClamAV detection explicitly names this as IcedID.
