This Office document contains legacy WordBasic macro virus markers and VBA macros, including AutoOpen and Auto_Close, indicating malicious intent. The AutoOpen macro attempts to copy itself to the Normal template and then exports a component to 'c:\urkel.sys'. It also attempts to obfuscate its presence by modifying lines within the macro code. The presence of these macros and the suspicious file drop strongly suggest this is a macro-based downloader.
