The sample is an Excel 4.0 macro-enabled workbook that employs a lure to trick users into enabling content. Upon execution, the macro attempts to download and execute a second-stage payload from one of the provided URLs. The macro code itself contains obfuscated strings that, when reconstructed, indicate the execution of `rundll32.exe` or `regsvr32.exe`.
