The file is an Excel spreadsheet containing a Workbook_Open VBA macro that uses CreateObject to instantiate Wscript.Shell and RDS.DataSpace. The macro appears to be designed to drop and execute a VBScript payload from the path c:\programdata\tjspowj.vbs and a batch file from c:\programdata\uidpjewl.bat. The batch file contains a heavily obfuscated command that attempts to download and execute a second-stage payload from multiple URLs. The ClamAV detection explicitly names Emotet, and the overall behavior is consistent with Emotet's typical downloader functionality.
