The sample is an Excel 4.0 (XLM) macro-enabled spreadsheet that contains an Auto_Open macro. This macro is designed to prompt the user to enable content, a common lure. Upon enabling, it constructs and executes a command using rundll32.exe or regsvr32.exe, likely to download and execute a second-stage payload from one of the embedded URLs.
