The sample is an Excel 4.0 macro-enabled workbook that uses an Auto_Open macro to execute. It contains a lure to enable macros and embeds URLs that are likely used to download a second-stage payload. The macro attempts to download a file from one of the URLs and execute it using rundll32.exe or regsvr32.exe.
