The sample is a malicious OOXML document containing VBA macros. The `document_open` macro triggers the execution of the `main.karoline` subroutine, which in turn calls `ThisDocument.keywords` to retrieve a value and then saves the document with that value as its filename. Subsequently, it calls the `s` function, which uses `WScript.Shell` to execute a command. The `s` function reconstructs the command as "explo rer " followed by the filename. This indicates the macro is designed to download and execute a second-stage payload. The ClamAV detection name 'Doc.Downloader.IcedID' strongly suggests the IcedID family.
