The sample is a malicious OOXML document containing a VBA macro. The macro's autoopen subroutine is triggered upon opening the document. It reconstructs a filename from the document's keywords and saves the document with that name. Subsequently, it uses CreateObject to execute a command that runs the saved file using 'c:\windows\explorer '. This behavior is characteristic of Emotet, which often uses macros to download and execute further payloads.
